Kraaft lets you automatically name your reports with a custom prefix and continuous numbering 🔢 No more empty titles or duplicates in the field — Kraaft takes care of it for you!
📋 Two ways to name your Kraaft reports
In Kraaft, there are 2 title modes for your reports:
🔢 Automatic numbering — Kraaft generates the title automatically (prefix + number). The title field is greyed out: you can't edit it manually
✏️ Manual title — Kraaft suggests a default title when creating a report to avoid blank names. You can edit it freely at any time 😉
⚙️ Enable automatic numbering in Kraaft 💻
⚠️ This feature is only available to admins and account owners, and on desktop only 💻
📂 Go to the left menu and click on "Reports"
Open the report you want to configure
🔧 Click "Options" at the top of the page
Under "Response title", check "Automatic numbering"
✏️ Enter your chosen prefix (e.g. "QC-", "ITP-", "RPT-"...)
Click "Save"
💾 Choose what happens to your existing reports (see the box below)
Click "Confirm" ✅
💡 What happens to your existing reports?
Kraaft gives you 2 options when saving:
"Keep manually defined titles" — your already-created reports keep their current title
"Rename using automatic numbering" — all your existing reports are renamed automatically
⚠️ If you have hundreds of reports, renaming may take a few minutes — no worries, that's completely normal!
