Kraaft helps you organise your conversations with categories ๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ

Create your own options, assign them to each project, and filter in seconds to find what you need!

๐Ÿ’ก The Category field in Kraaft

The Category field is available by default in all Kraaft conversations ๐ŸŽฏ You can freely customise the options, but this field cannot be deleted or renamed.

โš™๏ธ Create categories in Kraaft settings

โš ๏ธ Categories can only be created from the web version of Kraaft.

  1. Go to Settings โš™๏ธ in the bottom left of your screen

  2. Open the Conversation tab

  3. Select the Category field from the list

  4. Tap "Add an option" and type the name of your category โœ๏ธ

  5. Repeat for each category you want to create โœ…

Your categories are now available across all conversations in your workspace! ๐ŸŽ‰


โœ๏ธ Assign a category to a conversation

You can assign a category to any conversation โ€” and even assign several at once! ๐ŸŽฏ

  • On mobile ๐Ÿ“ฑ: access the info by tapping the conversation title

  • On web ๐Ÿ’ป: open the Info tab of the conversation

๐Ÿ” Filter your conversations by category

Once your categories are created and assigned, use them to quickly find what you're looking for ๐ŸŽฏ

  • From the conversation list ๐Ÿ“ฑ๐Ÿ’ป: tap the funnel ๐Ÿ”ฝ in the top right and select one or more categories

  • From the database ๐Ÿ’ป: use the available filters to display only conversations with the desired category ๐Ÿ“Š
