Kraaft helps you organise your conversations with categories ποΈ
Create your own options, assign them to each project, and filter in seconds to find what you need!
π‘ The Category field in Kraaft
The Category field is available by default in all Kraaft conversations π― You can freely customise the options, but this field cannot be deleted or renamed.

βοΈ Create categories in Kraaft settings
β οΈ Categories can only be created from the web version of Kraaft.
Go to Settings βοΈ in the bottom left of your screen
Open the Conversation tab
Select the Category field from the list
Tap "Add an option" and type the name of your category βοΈ
Repeat for each category you want to create β
Your categories are now available across all conversations in your workspace! π
βοΈ Assign a category to a conversation
You can assign a category to any conversation β and even assign several at once! π―
On mobile π±: access the info by tapping the conversation title
On web π»: open the Info tab of the conversation

π Filter your conversations by category
Once your categories are created and assigned, use them to quickly find what you're looking for π―
From the conversation list π±π»: tap the funnel π½ in the top right and select one or more categories
From the database π»: use the available filters to display only conversations with the desired category π
