📊 Rules to follow in your spreadsheet
A few simple rules for a smooth import 🧐
🔢 Column order: follow the exact same order as in your Kraaft table — leave columns or cells empty if needed to maintain the right alignment
✍️ Choice or user fields: use the exact spelling set up in Kraaft, separated by a comma for multiple values

⚠️ Some fields are not compatible with the spreadsheet import:
Photos and documents cannot be imported — you can add them directly in each report after the import 📸
The table and signature fields are not supported either
Incorrect column alignment can cause data errors (e.g. the site address ends up in the description field) — double-check your column order before importing!
