The email address is in your Kraaft workspace settings 💻 Only workspace Owners and Administrators can access it 👤
Go to Settings > Integrations 🔍
Open the Email section 📧
Kraaft generates an address unique to your workspace ✨
Copy it and share it with your team or your clients 📤
💡 An address to create, not to reply
The Kraaft email address is only used to create new conversations. It can't add messages to an existing conversation.
📨 Create a worksite conversation by email
Just send an email to your Kraaft workspace address 📧 The conversation is created automatically, with this content:
🏷️ The email subject becomes the conversation title
💬 The email body appears as the first message
📄 Documents (PDF) are added to the conversation thread and to "All documents"
📸 Photos are added to the conversation: you'll find them in its Gallery
👥 People in To or Cc are added to the conversation, if they are workspace members
⚠️ Good to know before emailing Kraaft
⚠️ The sender must be a member of the Kraaft workspace — The email must come from an address identical to a workspace member's. Otherwise, the conversation isn't created.
👥 People in Cc: they are only added if they are workspace members with the same email address as in Kraaft
📩 Unrecognized people: if an address in Cc isn't recognized, the person isn't added and receives an information email
🔁 Replying to the email: a reply doesn't add to the conversation, it creates a new one
🙅 @ mentions: writing "@Name" in the email doesn't tag anyone in the Kraaft conversation
🚫 What the email doesn't fill in automatically in Kraaft
The email creates the conversation, but some information still needs to be completed directly in Kraaft 📱💻
