Do you want to have an overview of where all the remaining finishes are at on your small sites? Do you want to analyze and isolate certain hazards to understand the main source of delays? The filter on the forms database will allow you to have an analysis of the points of attention on all your sites at once!

You must be an administrator to access the database

The database can for example be useful to you for:

  • Have an overview of where all the remaining finishes are on your small sites

  • Isolate certain hazards to understand the main source of delays

  • See the tasks you have left to do

The filter on the forms database will allow you to have an analysis of the points of attention on all your sites at once!

You have 2 choices:

  1. Views by conversation: what happened on a particular site)

  2. Global views: by object (all tasks in the Kraaft space, or all hazards)

To filter what interests you:

  1. You must first choose the view by conversation or the global view

  2. Click on the tab that interests us: tasks, hazards, or our personalized object (after choosing your site if you have chosen the view by conversation)

  3. Click on the Filter button at the top right and select your filter criteria

  4. Click on filter and voila!

NB: To remove the filters, just click on the Filter button then on the cross to the right of each filter!
