You can view your sites and forms in 3 main sections:
Global: At the level of your Kraaft space (all your sites and forms)
By conversation: At the level of each conversation (all your sites and forms of this conversation)
Saved: View filtered according to your needs (work in progress, not invoiced...) to quickly access the information that interests you
🔍 View your projects and reports in 3 different ways
🗒️ Table:
The Table view gives you a structured way to view your reports as a table. By clicking on a specific field name, you can:
⬆️⬇️ Sort in ascending or descending order
-> To quickly organize your data and analyze it better
Example: You can sort your reports from the newest to the oldest, alphabetically, etc. One click, and everything aligns perfectly!
📌 Pin one or more columns
-> You can keep certain columns visible even when you scroll to the right
Example: You always want to see the client name or the report status while looking at other data? Pin these columns, and they’ll always be visible!
🔧 Auto-adjust one or all fields
-> Say goodbye to columns that are too narrow or too wide! Adjust the size of a field or all fields at once so everything is easy to read
Example: You have a “Comments” column that overflows? Adjust it and no more hidden text!
🔍 Filter by this field
-> You can see only what interests you
Example: Filter to view only projects for a specific client, completed tasks, incidents for a specific day, etc.
🚫 Hide this field
-> Some columns take up too much space or aren’t useful right now, you can hide them to focus on what’s important
Example: You want to analyze the deadlines of unfinished tasks and don’t care about the location at the moment? Hide that column, and you won’t see it! But don’t worry, you can always unhide it when needed ✅
📊 Kanban:
The Kanban view is a visual feature that lets you organize your reports in a smooth and intuitive way 📊
This view is available if your report contains a "Single Choice" field.
With this view, you can easily drag and drop items between different columns.
-> Example: Reorganize task owners, change project statuses, etc.You can quickly visualize the progress or status of the different elements in your report while making them easier to manage 🚀

The Map view lets you quickly visualize your projects and reports on a geographic map 📍
