Available on desktop, it lets you view, filter and organise all your data in just a few clicks ⬇️
🗂️ Choose your report template in the Kraaft database
The Kraaft database displays data for one report template at a time 📋
To switch between templates:
Click on the template name displayed at the top (e.g. "Task ▼")
A list of all your templates appears 📂
Select the one you want to explore

Whatever your template, you can display your data in 3 ways 🎯
🗒️ Table view — view your reports as a structured list
The Table view displays your reports row by row with their fields as columns 📊
By clicking a column header, you can:
⬆️⬇️ Sort ascending or descending — to organise your data quickly
📌 Pin a column — to keep it visible while scrolling right
🔧 Auto-resize the width — no more columns that are too narrow!
🔍 Filter by this field — to see only what matters to you
🚫 Hide this field — to focus on the essentials (you can show it again any time ✅)
🗺️ Map view — view your sites on a geographic map
The Map view displays your reports directly on a map 📍
Perfect for tracking the location of your sites at a glance!
📊 Kanban view — organise your reports by status or category
The Kanban view gives you a visual and intuitive way to organise your reports 🚀
This view is available if your template contains a Single choice field
You can easily drag and drop reports between columns
Example: reorganise site statuses, change assignees, etc.
➕ Create and manage your custom views in Kraaft
The big new feature of the Kraaft database: you can create as many views as you want and name them however you like 🎨
Create a new view
Click "+ Add a view" in the top bar
Give your view a name (e.g. "Ongoing sites", "My view")
Choose the type: Table, Map or Kanban
Click "Add" ✅
Your view appears instantly in the navigation bar!
Manage your existing views
Right-click on a view to access the menu:
✏️ Rename — change the view name
📋 Duplicate — create a copy of the view with its filters
🗑️ Delete — remove the view from your bar
⚠️ Your views are personal — they are not shared with other members of your workspace for now.
💡 Why create multiple views?
Custom views are the key to instantly accessing the data that matters to you 🎯
Here are some concrete examples:
📋 "Completed tasks" — filter by "completed" status to always have a history on hand
👤 "My tasks" — filter by assignee to see only what's assigned to you
🔴 "Ongoing urgencies" — filter by priority to never miss anything critical
📍 "Paris sites" — filter by location to track a specific area
Each view remembers its filters — no need to reconfigure them every time ✅
