🗂 Worksite folder on Kraaft

Your site folder is now right in your pocket! Access your DICT, Plans, Orders, Purchase orders... directly from the site conversation on Kraaft 👀

📁 It’s a gallery that centralizes all the documents you’ll need for the site

🔑 To access it, just click on the relevant conversation > Documents

🧐 View documents

  • Click on a Document to open it (example: Plans)

  • Click on a document to view it (feel free to zoom in if needed 🔍)

📑 Add and download documents

Is the folder empty ?! Click on Add (at the very bottom of the screen) to add documents to it, you can :

  • Take a photo using your phone’s camera and file it directly in the folder

  • Classify media : to file a photo / video that has already been sent in the conversation thread

  • Classify document : to file a PDF document that has already been sent in the conversation thread

  • Import from device : to retrieve a document from your phone and file it directly in the folder

Then, to download all the documents in the folder at once:

  1. Click on the three small dots at the top right of the screen

  2. Click on Download ✅

📂 Create a new folder

Need a new folder to add your documents? You can create one!

  1. Click on the Add button

  2. Name the folder

  3. Click on Create 🪄

Administrators and account owners: you can also customize the folder structure across the entire workspace!

🗃 Create a subfolder

You can also create up to 3 levels of subfolders!

  1. Go to the folder of your choice

  2. Click on Add (at the very bottom)

  3. Click on New folder

  4. Name the subfolder

  5. Click on Create 🪄
