On Kraaft, when a conversation is over, you have 2 options: delete it permanently or archive it to keep it accessible 💡 Here's everything you need to know about deletion.

⚠️ Deletion is permanent — photos, messages and all data will be lost forever. When in doubt, archive instead!

Open the conversation you want to delete 📱
Tap View information (just below the title) 👆
Scroll down ⬇️
Tap Delete conversation 🗑️
Re-enter the conversation title ✍️ (a safety measure to prevent accidental data loss)
Tap Delete ✅
💻 Delete a conversation on web
Open Kraaft on your computer 💻
Click on Info in the top right 📋
Scroll all the way down ⬇️
Click on Delete conversation 🗑️
Re-enter the conversation title ✍️ (a safety measure to prevent accidental data loss)
Click Delete ✅
📁 Want to keep your data? Archive instead!
Archiving is the recommended alternative to deletion 💡 Your conversations disappear from the main view but stay accessible in the Archives tab — and you can restore them at any time 🔄
It's available to all members of the conversation, not just owners 🙌
