📱 Archiving a Kraaft conversation on mobile
Two methods available on mobile 👇
Method 1 — Swipe left:
Swipe left on the conversation from your home screen 👈
Tap the green button with the archive icon ✅
Method 2 — Long press:
Press and hold the conversation until the menu appears 📋
Select Archive
Choose For me or For everyone 🎯
💻 Archiving a Kraaft conversation on the computer
On the web, you have two methods available ⚡
Method 1 — Via the information panel:
Click on Info at the top of the conversation 📋
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click Archive conversation 🗂
Choose For me or For everyone
Method 2 — Via the three dots:
Click on ⋯ next to the conversation in the list 👈
Select Archive
Choose For me or For everyone 🎯
⚠️ If someone sends a new message on an archived conversation, it will automatically be unarchived and you'll receive a notification 🔔
🔎 Finding my archived Kraaft conversations
Your archived conversations are always accessible 📂 Here's how to find them:
Click on the filter funnel 🔽 next to the search bar
Select Visibility
Check the Archived conversations box ✅
Click Filter 🎯
💡 To return to your normal view, click Reset in the top right.
📤 Unarchiving a Kraaft conversation
Want to bring a conversation back to your home screen? Just as easy as archiving! 🎉
On mobile 📱:
Swipe left on the conversation 👈 → tap the green button
Or press and hold the conversation 📋 → select Unarchive
On the computer 💻:
Click on Info or ⋯ next to the conversation 👈
Select Unarchive ✅
