💬 Make an export of my conversation

Once your project is finished, export a report of the entire project's history in 3 clicks ⬇️

💻 On the computer

  1. Open the relevant conversation for which you want to generate a report.

  2. Click on Generate Export (from the Info or Folder section)

  3. Choose export options: by email, download, filtering by date...

  4. Click on Download! Or Send the report if you're on your phone 😊

🔧 Export options

The export options are simple and flexible, allowing you to customize the export based on your needs:

  1. Choose the content of the export 📅
You can choose what you want to include in the export:

    • The entire conversation

    • By date: Select specific dates you want to export

    • By item 🎯: a 2-step filter — first choose the report model(s) concerned (Site log, Handover report, Weekly timesheet, Task, Safety toolbox talk, Service report...), then select the specific filled-in reports to include for each model. The final ZIP only contains those reports, along with their related documents and photos

  2. Include documents and messages 📂
You have the option to choose whether or not to include the following items in your export:

    • Shared documents: Include or exclude shared files in the conversation

    • Messages: Include or exclude messages sent during the conversation

  3. Download mode 🚀
Once your export is ready, you can choose your download mode:

    • By email: You can send the report directly by email, either to yourself or to others

    • In the background: With this option, the export happens even if you close the Kraaft tab. This allows you to start an export in the evening, and as soon as you reopen Kraaft the next day, the download starts automatically

📂 Content of the downloaded report

Your ZIP export contains the following items:

  • 📄 The conversation content in Word format (message history with photos shown directly with their caption and send date 📸, plus shared documents and videos)

  • 🗂️ The shared documents and photos, organized in yellow folders

  • 📊 The filled reports in an Excel table (each row = a report, each column = a field from the report, each sheet = a type of report)
