On Kraaft, everything is a conversation! 📲 As soon as you arrive, you’ll see a list of conversations. And guess what? You can create a new one at any time to start a project! It’s simple, fast, and super efficient. 🚀
📱 On Mobile
Creating a project on Kraaft is as simple as starting a new conversation! 🚀 Here’s how to do it:
Click on the ➕ button to start
Add your colleagues to the conversation 👥
Enter the location of your project and add other details like the description, address, etc. 🗺️
Click "Confirm" to create your project ✅
Once the project is created, you can send messages, photos, and documents to share all the information with your team 📸
Need to add more information later? No worries, you can update your project’s details anytime! 💡
💻 On Web
The process for creating a project on the web is exactly the same as on mobile, except that the interface is adapted for a computer screen 💻. Here’s a preview of what it looks like:

🧑🤝🧑 Add a New Member to My Conversation
Oops, you forgot to add a colleague to the conversation? Don’t worry, here’s what you need to do! 😅
Once inside the conversation, click the little person icon at the top right to view the member list 👤
Click Edit ✏️ to add colleagues
If your colleague has a Kraaft account, they can be added directly. Otherwise, you can use the "Invite a New Member" option to add them

⚠️ Role-Related Restrictions
In some cases, you may not see the button to create a new conversation. 😕 This is often related to your role in the space.
For example, if you have a standard or external guest role, you may not have access to this function. But don’t worry! 😎 This restriction can be changed by an administrator in the space settings.
