🎬 Roles - Who can do what ?

There are 4 roles in Kraaft:

  • Account owner: the person who creates the workspace

  • Administrator: this role is dedicated to people who are more in the office (work supervisors, design office, operational assistant, etc.)

  • Standard: by default when a person arrives on Kraaft, he has the standard role (Construction foreman, labourer, etc)

  • External guest: to invite your customers, service providers or anyone outside your organization

👤 Changing Permissions for Standard Members and External Guests on Kraaft!(Admins only)

Want to upgrade a standard member to admin? Or restrict the actions of an external guest or a standard member?

  1. Go to your Settings on the left, then open the Members tab

  2. Find the relevant person in the member list

  3. On the right, click on their current role to open the dropdown menu and change their role

  4. You can also decide if the user can create conversations by toggling the 💬 option

🔒 Each role comes with its own permissions—make sure to choose the one that fits what you want to allow!
