Want to invite colleagues or external guests to join a project? It's quick and easy with Kraaft! But before diving into the process, it's important to understand the difference between a colleague and an external guest.
👥 A colleague is part of your team and company
🌍 An external guest is typically a service provider, a client, or anyone not in your team, but who needs access to a project

📲 Invite a colleague from a specific conversation:
On mobile 📱
Open your project conversation and tap on the small person icon 👤 at the top right
Tap Edit ✏️ to add colleagues
Tap Invite a new member
Choose the option that suits you:
Invite a colleague: The colleague will be added with a standard profile by default
Invite an external guest 🌍
Request access to your contacts 📞:
If you enable this option, it will allow you to send an invitation directly via SMS to your contact
Otherwise, you can copy the invitation link and send it via email or SMS ✉️
On computer 💻
The process is almost the same as on mobile, but this time on the computer interface 🖥️ :
Open your project conversation and click on Info at the top right
Click on Invite a new member, then select A colleague 👥 or An external guest 🌍
You can copy an invitation link to send via email 📧 or share it via your contacts 📞
💼 Invite a colleague to the team via the main menu:
On mobile 📱
Tap the Menu at the bottom right (the three small bars)
Select Invite a collaborator
You can choose between inviting via a link 🔗 or allowing access to your contacts to send the invitation via SMS 📱
On computer 💻
Go to the Menu, then click on Settings ⚙️, then on the Members tab.
Click on Invite collaborators and copy the generated link 🔗
You can then send it via email 📧 or any other method you prefer 📱
Important: The guest will join the team without being attached to any specific conversation at first. You can now add them to the conversations of your choice and start collaborating 🤝!
