In this article, we’ll show you how to assign a conversation, create an event and adjust time slots. It’s super easy ! 💪
1. Assign a Conversation to a Time Slot
Want to link an existing jobsite or conversation to a specific resource? Easy:
Open your Planner 📅
Click the + button
Select Assign a conversation
Search for the conversation you want to schedule
Define the timeframe the resource is needed for
No conversation yet? No problem — you can create one straight from the Planner. Magic, right? 🎩
2. Create an Event in Your Planner
Events are specific tasks you want to schedule that aren't necessarily tied to an ongoing jobsite. Here's how to create one:
Go to your Planner view 🖥️
Click the + button
Select Other event
Give your event a fun name (e.g., “Intervention in Coursant” or “Best Meeting of the Year”)
Set the start and end date & time
Once it’s created, you can edit or move the event however you like — you’re in control!
3. Edit and Adjust Time Slots
You can easily move and resize time slots — just like Legos! 🧩
Select the event or conversation in your Planner
With a right-click, you can:
Remove it
Copy and paste it to another resource
Click and drag to move or resize ⏳
Drag the edges of the block to extend or shorten the time slot
Everything updates in real time — no need to click "Save" every time. Perfect timing! ⏰
