Forward messages on desktop 💻
Open the conversation containing the messages you want to forward 📂
Click on the three dots next to the relevant message
Select Forward from the menu that appears 💬
Choose the messages, documents and photos to send 📄📸
Click Forward at the bottom right of your screen ➡️
Select the destination conversation 🎯
Click Send and you're all set! ✅

Press and hold the message you want to forward 👆
Once the option appears, select Forward

Transfer photos from a block or the Gallery 📸
Do you have a photo block in your conversation and want to transfer it? Two options depending on your needs 👇
Forward the entire block 🖼️
Click on the three dots next to the photo block 📂
Select Forward group
Choose the destination conversation (or workspace) 🎯
Click Send and you're good to go! ✅
Forward only a few photos 📸
From the conversation, open the Gallery 📂
Choose the photos you want to forward ✅
Click on the three dots then on Forward ✉️
Choose the destination conversation 🎯
Click Send and it's done! 📤
💡 Tip: Transfer messages to another workspace
Created the conversation in the wrong workspace? Good news: you can also transfer your messages from one workspace to another! ⛳️ Here's what to do:
Create a mirror conversation in the destination workspace 📂
Make sure you are a member of both workspaces to carry out the transfer 👤
In the first workspace, click on the three dots of the message → select Forward → choose the messages, documents and photos → click Forward at the bottom of your screen → tap the icon
to select the destination workspace → then choose the conversation where you want the messages to go ✅
⚠️ Note: reports cannot be forwarded
Kraaft reports cannot be transferred from one conversation to another 📋 In this case, download the relevant reports and store them in the yellow folders of the new conversation 💬
