Open the conversation 💬
On the message you want to pin: 📱 on mobile — long press on the message, and 💻 on web — click the 3 dots!
Then select "Pin" ✅
💡 You can pin all types of messages: text, photos, videos, voice messages and documents 📎
🔍 Find your pinned messages
The latest pinned message automatically appears in a banner at the top of the conversation 👆
Tap or click the banner to open the full list of pinned messages — all your important items in one place 🗂️
From this list, you can also unpin any messages you no longer need 🗑️
