👤 Add members to my conversation

Kraaft lets you manage the members of your conversations at any time 🎯 You can add a colleague who already has an account in your workspace, or invite them directly if they don't have a Kraaft account yet.


👤 Who can add or remove members?

Only certain roles can modify the members of a Kraaft conversation:

  • 🔑 Owners of the workspace

  • 🔧 Administrators

  • Standard members with the "create conversations" option enabled


➕ Add a member to a Kraaft conversation

  1. Open the conversation 💬

  2. Tap the members icon 👤 in the top right corner

  3. Tap the pencil ✏️ in the top right to enter edit mode

  4. Select the colleague(s) to add from the list 👥

  5. If your colleague doesn't have a Kraaft account yet, use the "Invite a new member" option 📩

  6. Tap Confirm to validate ✅

💡 Note — The person added automatically receives a notification letting them know they've been added to the conversation.


➖ Remove a member from a Kraaft conversation

The process is the same as adding a member 📍

  1. Open the conversation and tap the members icon 👤

  2. Tap the pencil ✏️ to enter edit mode

  3. Deselect the member to remove 🔲 (or click the cross ✕ next to their name)

  4. Tap Confirm to validate
