Kraaft makes your life easier by automatically adding the date, location and author to your photos when you export them πΈ No more manual overlays β every downloaded photo carries its own proof π
πΌοΈ What appears on the Kraaft watermark
On every exported photo, the Kraaft watermark adds:
π€ The photo author's name
π The full address (street, postal code, city)
πΊοΈ The exact GPS coordinates
β±οΈ The date and time the photo was taken
β¨ Good to know: the photo inside your Kraaft conversation always stays clean. The watermark only appears at export time β the original is never modified π‘
β±οΈ When the Kraaft watermark is added automatically
The watermark is applied on its own in 3 cases π‘:
π When you download a photo from folders
π When you generate a report in PDF or Word
π€ When you generate a conversation export
Nothing to do on the member side π Once your admin enables it, it runs automatically for the whole workspace.
βοΈ Enable the watermark on your Kraaft workspace
β οΈ This action is reserved for administrators or account owners, and is done from the Kraaft web only π»
π Log in to Kraaft on the web
βοΈ Open Settings
πΌοΈ Click on Watermark
β Turn on the Enabled toggle
π Choose the Placement of the watermark on the photo (e.g. Bottom left)
Once enabled, the Kraaft watermark applies to the whole workspace and to all members π
π¨ One limitation to keep in mind
The watermark does not appear on photos included in a report or a database exported in Excel format π
To get the watermark on your photos, use PDF, Word exports or direct downloads from folders β
