New colleague just joined? Handling a handover? Kraaft lets you add a member to all the conversations they need in just a few clicks — no need to repeat the operation one by one 🚀

This feature is available to Admins and Owners only 👑
It is available on web only 💻 — not on mobile.
👣 Add a member to several Kraaft conversations
In the left menu, click on ⚙️ Settings then Members 👤
Right-click on the member's name
Select "Add to conversations" from the menu that appears ✅
A window opens with the full list of your conversations 📋
Check the conversations you want to add them to
Use the search bar or filters to quickly find the right conversations 🔍
Want to select everything at once? Click "Select all" at the top of the list ⚡
Click "Add (X)" to confirm — done! 🎉
💡 Good to know
🔒 Conversations the member has already joined appear greyed out — no duplicates possible
📂 Archived conversations also appear in the list — you can include them if needed
🔔 The member receives a notification letting them know they have been added to new conversations (archived conversations excluded)
