Kraaft makes it easy to keep an eye on everything that changes in the planning 🚀! Now that everyone can edit their assignments from their phone, the planning history gives you full visibility into who changed what, and when 🔍
⚠️ Who has access to the planning history?
This feature is reserved for certain roles and platforms 👇
Only available to account owners and admins 🔑
Only available on desktop — not yet on mobile 💻
🔍 Where to find the planning history?
Go to your Kraaft planning on your computer 💻. In the top right corner, next to the ⋮ menu, click the 🕐 button to open the history.
🗂️ Filter the history
Once the history is open, you have two tabs ⬇️
For me: your own changes, plus changes made by others that concern you 👤
All: every change made to the planning by the whole team 👥
👀 What you can see in the history
Each entry shows you who made the change and when ("1 hour ago", "yesterday", "last week"...) ⏱️. Here are the types of changes tracked 📋:
Assignment created ➕
Start or end date changed 📅
Start or end time changed ⏰
Task reassigned to someone else 🔄
Comment added, edited, or deleted 💬
🧐 See the details of a change
Click on a history entry to open its details 🔎
You'll find the exact date and time, who made the change, and what was changed (before ❌ / after ✅)
