📄 Convert a Kraaft Word report to PDF
Your Kraaft report exported as a Word file becomes a PDF in just a few clicks 📄 No extra software needed.
Open the Word file exported from Kraaft 📂
Click on File, the very first tab at the top left of the ribbon
Choose Save as, then select PDF in the file type drop-down menu 📄
Name your file and click Save ✅
💡 Tip: you can also go through File > Export > Create PDF/XPS. The result is exactly the same 🎯
🧮 Convert a Kraaft Excel report to PDF
It works the same way in Excel 🧮 A quick look at the page layout before saving, and you're good to go.
Open the Excel file exported from Kraaft 📂
Check the layout of your export with the page mode, at the bottom right of the window, just left of the zoom slider 👀
Click on File, the very first tab at the top left of the ribbon
Choose Save as, then select PDF in the file type drop-down menu 📄
