🔑 Who can create or edit an assignment on mobile?
Account owners, administrators and standard roles can all create and edit assignments from mobile 📱
🔑 Account owner / Administrator: can edit all assignments in the planning
👤 Standard: can only edit the assignments assigned to them
➕ Create an assignment from mobile
Tap the ➕ button at the bottom right of the planning (or tap directly on an empty slot for a day)
Select the conversation to assign — or choose a report to create a report-type assignment 📋
Fill in the details: start date, end date, resource(s), location, comment and colour 🎨
Confirm with the Create button ✅
✏️ Edit an existing assignment from mobile
Tap the assignment in the planning to open its details
Tap the pencil ✏️ at the top right of the window that opens
Edit the fields you need: start date, end date, assigned resource(s), location and comment
Confirm with the Edit button ✅
