To stay up to date with conversations on Kraaft, make sure notifications are enabled on your device. Hereโs how to do it, whether you're using Kraaft on Web or Mobile!

On your computer, Kraaft uses your browser's notifications ๐ข.
To receive them, check these three key settings:
โ Your browser allows notifications for Kraaft
โ Your computer allows notifications from your browser
โ No firewall or antivirus is blocking browser notifications
1๏ธโฃ Allow Notifications in Your Browser

Click on the small (๐ฐ) icon to the left of the address bar
Select Site settings โ Scroll to the Notifications section โ Click the button on the right and select Allow

Click the arrow โ then select More Information โ Go to Permissions
Make sure Allow Notifications is checked

2๏ธโฃ Make Sure Your Computer Allows Browser Notifications
Your operating system also needs to allow notifications from your browser:

Turn on Get notifications from apps and other senders
Make sure your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) is allowed to send notifications

Enable Allow Notifications
3๏ธโฃ Check If Your Firewall or Antivirus Is Blocking Notifications (Windows)
If notifications still donโt work after enabling everything, your firewall or antivirus might be blocking your browser notifications ๐
Open Settings โ Update & Security โ Windows Security
Go to Firewall & Network Protection
Check that your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) is not blocked
If you use third-party antivirus software (McAfee, Norton, Avast, etc.), check its settings to ensure browser notifications are not blocked
โ Once everything is set up, youโll start receiving Kraaft notifications on your computer! ๐
๐ฑ On the Mobile App (iOS & Android)
On mobile, Kraaft sends you notifications directly through the app! To receive them, make sure notifications are enabled in your phoneโs settings โ๏ธ

Open Settings
Scroll down and select Kraaft
Tap Notifications
Enable Allow Notifications and choose your preferred alert style (Banner, Sound, Badge)
๐ Tip: If you still donโt receive notifications, check that Focus / Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled in Settings โ Focus
๐ค On Android
Open Settings
Go to Apps or App Management
Find Kraaft in the list and select it
Tap Notifications
Enable Show Notifications and make sure all important categories are turned on (Alerts, Sounds, App Icon)
๐ Tip:
Make sure Battery Saver mode or Do Not Disturb is not blocking notifications
If you have a Xiaomi, Oppo, or Huawei device, make sure to allow Kraaft in the battery optimization settings
