🔔 Enable Notifications on Kraaft (Web & Mobile)

To stay up to date with conversations on Kraaft, make sure notifications are enabled on your device. Here’s how to do it, whether you're using Kraaft on Web or Mobile!


💻 On the Web Version (app.kraaft.co)

On your computer, Kraaft uses your browser's notifications 📢.

To receive them, check these three key settings:

  • ✅Your browser allows notifications for Kraaft

  • Your computer allows notifications from your browser

  • No firewall or antivirus is blocking browser notifications


1️⃣ Allow Notifications in Your Browser

👉 Follow these steps depending on your browser:

Google Chrome

  1. Click on the small (🟰) icon to the left of the address bar

  2. Select Site settings → Scroll to the Notifications section → Click the button on the right and select Allow

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click on the 🔒 lock icon in the top left of the address bar

  2. Click the arrow → then select More Information → Go to Permissions

  3. Make sure Allow Notifications is checked

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click on the 🔒 lock icon to the left of the address bar

  2. Select Site permissions → Scroll to the Notifications section → Click the button on the right and select Allow

Safari (Mac only)

  1. Open Safari and go to app.kraaft.co

  2. Click Safari (top left) → SettingsWebsites

  3. Select Notifications and make sure Kraaft is set to Allow

2️⃣ Make Sure Your Computer Allows Browser Notifications

Your operating system also needs to allow notifications from your browser:

Windows 10 / 11

  1. Open SettingsSystemNotifications & Actions

  2. Turn on Get notifications from apps and other senders

  3. Make sure your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) is allowed to send notifications

Mac (macOS)

  1. Open System PreferencesNotifications

  2. Select your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)

  3. Enable Allow Notifications

3️⃣ Check If Your Firewall or Antivirus Is Blocking Notifications (Windows)

If notifications still don’t work after enabling everything, your firewall or antivirus might be blocking your browser notifications 🔕

  1. Open SettingsUpdate & SecurityWindows Security

  2. Go to Firewall & Network Protection

  3. Check that your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) is not blocked

If you use third-party antivirus software (McAfee, Norton, Avast, etc.), check its settings to ensure browser notifications are not blocked

✅ Once everything is set up, you’ll start receiving Kraaft notifications on your computer! 🎉


📱 On the Mobile App (iOS & Android)

On mobile, Kraaft sends you notifications directly through the app! To receive them, make sure notifications are enabled in your phone’s settings ⚙️

📲 On iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open Settings

  2. Scroll down and select Kraaft

  3. Tap Notifications

  4. Enable Allow Notifications and choose your preferred alert style (Banner, Sound, Badge)

📌 Tip: If you still don’t receive notifications, check that Focus / Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled in SettingsFocus

🤖 On Android

  1. Open Settings

  2. Go to Apps or App Management

  3. Find Kraaft in the list and select it

  4. Tap Notifications

  5. Enable Show Notifications and make sure all important categories are turned on (Alerts, Sounds, App Icon)

📌 Tip:

  • Make sure Battery Saver mode or Do Not Disturb is not blocking notifications

  • If you have a Xiaomi, Oppo, or Huawei device, make sure to allow Kraaft in the battery optimization settings
