Would you like to delete your Kraaft account? 💔 Here are the steps to do it directly from your app :
Click on Menu (bottom right of the screen)
Select Settings ⚙️
Click on Delete my account
Confirm your request by clicking Confirm
💻 It’s not possible to delete your account from the web, this can only be done from your phone !
⚠️ What happens when you delete your account?
Once your account is deleted, here’s what you need to know:
Your personal information (name, email, phone number) will be permanently deleted ; however, the data shared within your workspace (messages, reports, photos, etc.) will not be deleted but anonymized 👤
Impact on your access: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your personal workspace on Kraaft 😢 Make sure you’ve saved all important information before proceeding !
