📱 Sign in to Kraaft without a password (by text message)
Do you sign in to Kraaft with your phone number? You simply receive a code by text message 💬 This code is single-use, so no need to remember it 😉
📱 On mobile: enter your number, then the code you received by text
💻 On computer: same thing, with your number and the code by text
🔑 Kraaft password rules
Your Kraaft password must be at least 10 characters long ✅ No other rules: no capital letter, number or special character required 💡
⚠️ Is your current password too short? When you sign in, Kraaft suggests changing it. You can skip it, but the message comes back each time you sign in until you update it 🔁
🕵🏻 Reset your forgotten Kraaft password
Don't worry, it happens to everyone! 😄 You can reset your Kraaft password from the sign-in screen, on mobile or computer.
✉️ Enter your email address
👉 Select Sign in
🔍 Select Forgot password: you'll receive an email with a reset link
🔑 Open the link from your inbox and choose your new password
✏️ Change your password from your Kraaft profile
Want to change your password without having forgotten it? Kraaft lets you do it right from your profile 👤 It's available on computer 💻 and mobile 📱

📋 In the left menu, open Settings
👤 Select My profile
🔑 On the Password line, select Edit
✍️ Enter your current password
✅ Choose your new password (at least 10 characters) and confirm

Forgot your current password? 🤔 Kraaft takes you to the Forgot password flow.
Once your password is changed, you'll get a confirmation 🎉 For your security, Kraaft signs you out of your other devices 🔒
💡 Can't see the password option?
🏢 Your company uses single sign-on (SSO): your password is managed by your company, not in Kraaft
📱 You only sign in by text message: you don't have a password, so the option doesn't appear
💡 Tip: stay signed in to Kraaft
No need to enter your email or number every time 😉 Just don't sign out of Kraaft!
