Looking for all unfinished tasks? Incidents assigned to a specific person? In just a few clicks, you can narrow down your view and access exactly what you need ⬇️


πŸ” What is the Kraaft database filter for?

The filter lets you isolate the reports you care about from all your data πŸ”Ž

Here are some concrete examples:

  • πŸ“‹ View all unfinished tasks across all your sites

  • ⚠️ Isolate specific types of incidents to identify the main causes of delays

  • πŸ‘€ Display only reports assigned to a specific person

  • πŸ“… Find reports created within a specific period


πŸͺ‘ Filter your reports in the Kraaft database

  1. Open the Kraaft database from your computer πŸ’»

  2. Click the template name at the top (e.g. "Task β–Ό") to choose the right report template

  3. Click the "Filter" button in the top right πŸͺ‘

  4. Select your filter criteria (status, assignee, date, etc.)

  5. Confirm β€” your view updates instantly βœ…

⚠️ You need to be an administrator or account owner to access the database.

Remove a filter

To remove an active filter:

  • Click the "Filter" button again

  • Click the cross to the right of the filter you want to remove πŸ—‘οΈ


πŸ’Ύ Save your filters as a custom view

Do you use the same filters often? Save them as a custom view to find them in one click β€” no need to set them up every time! πŸš€

  1. Apply your filters as usual

  2. Click "+ Add a view" in the top bar

  3. Name your view (e.g. "Unfinished tasks", "My incidents")

  4. Click "Add" βœ…

Your view appears in the navigation bar and automatically remembers your filters 🎨
