Looking for all unfinished tasks? Incidents assigned to a specific person? In just a few clicks, you can narrow down your view and access exactly what you need ⬇️
🔍 What is the Kraaft database filter for?
The filter lets you isolate the reports you care about from all your data 🔎
Here are some concrete examples:
📋 View all unfinished tasks across all your sites
⚠️ Isolate specific types of incidents to identify the main causes of delays
👤 Display only reports assigned to a specific person
📅 Find reports created within a specific period
🪡 Filter your reports in the Kraaft database
Open the Kraaft database from your computer 💻
Click the template name at the top (e.g. "Task ▼") to choose the right report template
Click the "Filter" button in the top right 🪡
Select your filter criteria (status, assignee, date, etc.)
Confirm — your view updates instantly ✅
⚠️ You need to be an administrator or account owner to access the database.
Remove a filter
To remove an active filter:
Click the "Filter" button again
Click the cross to the right of the filter you want to remove 🗑️
💾 Save your filters as a custom view
Do you use the same filters often? Save them as a custom view to find them in one click — no need to set them up every time! 🚀
Apply your filters as usual
Click "+ Add a view" in the top bar
Name your view (e.g. "Unfinished tasks", "My incidents")
Click "Add" ✅
Your view appears in the navigation bar and automatically remembers your filters 🎨
