Kraaft saves you a ton of time with Smart Folders ✨ Imagine a folder called "Coil" that automatically groups all the coil photos you send in your conversations… MAGIC, right? 🪄
In just a few clicks, you give the AI examples of photos, and it learns to sort them on its own. The more you use it, the more accurate it gets! 🎯

🚀 How does it work?
1. Activate Smart Folders ⚙️
From your computer, go to the left menu in Kraaft and click on AI Agents 🤖
Find the "Smart Folders" card in the list
Turn on the toggle to activate it ✅
2. Create your smart folder 📂
Still in the AI Agents tab:
Click See more > + Add a smart folder
Give your folder a name (example: "Coils")
Click Validate ✅
You can edit or delete your folder later by clicking the 3 dots next to its name
3. Create a test conversation to train the AI 🧪
Create a test conversation to avoid cluttering your other conversations 🏗️: How to create a conversation
Link your new folder to this conversation:
In the Folder section
Click "Add" then select your smart folder 📂
4. Classify photos to train the AI 📸
You need to train the AI by sending it examples 🧠
Send coil photos into this conversation
Manually sort them into your folder to help the AI understand and automatically recognize these photos in the future ✅
5. Launch the automation 🪄
Once the AI has been trained with enough examples, it will automatically recognize and sort all your coil photos into the right folder, no matter the conversation! 🎉
