✍️ Modify your account information on Kraaft

Do you need to update your account information on Kraaft? Don’t worry, you can easily do it yourself ! 🙌

⚠️ You can edit your own information, but not anyone else's !

🖋️ You have the option to change your name, phone number or email address.

How to modify your information on mobile 📱

  1. Tap on the Menu at the bottom right of your screen

  2. Select My Profile from the list of options

  3. Tap on the small blue pen 🖊️ next to the information you want to change (your name, phone, or email) :

    • Changing your name :

      ⚠️ This will affect all the message history sent from this account !

      If you recovered the Kraaft account of a previous user :

      • You can tap on I have recovered the Kraaft account of a former user

      • Or you can contact us, and we'll do it for you 😉

    • Changing your phone number -> You will need to enter the code you receive by SMS to confirm the change ✅

    • Changing your email address -> You will need to enter your account password 🔒

How to modify your information on desktop 💻

  1. Click on Settings at the bottom left of your screen

  2. Select My Profile

  3. Click the Edit button on the right of the information you want to change (your name, phone or email)

Some cases where the modification isn’t possible 🚫

  • SSO: If you use Single Sign-On (login via your company or an external service), you won't be able to modify your email yourself. In this case, you’ll need to contact your system administrator or our support team to make the change 🛠️

  • Duplicate Account: If you encounter a duplicate account, please contact our support, we’ll be happy to resolve this for you as quickly as possible 😎
