On Kraaft, you can easily update your payment method and billing information. Whether you're changing your credit card or switching to SEPA direct debit, here's how to do it π οΈ
π³ Modify Your Payment Method
To modify your payment method, follow these steps:
1. Go to settings from the menu on the left
β2. Select the Billing tab π°
β3. Click on the Go to my billing space button
β4. Select Add a payment method π³
β5. Fill in the necessary information to set up SEPA Direct Debit or a new card, and set it as your default payment method β
β If needed, delete the old payment method that is no longer valid β
π§Ύ Modify Your Billing Information
If you need to update your billing information (company name, address, tax number, etc.), here's how to do it:
1. Go to settings from the menu on the left
β2. Select the Billing tab and click the Go to my billing space button π°
β3. Once in the billing space, select Update information βοΈ
β4. Modify the following information:
The company name that appears on invoices
The reference email that receives invoices π§
The billing address π
The company tax number
5. Save the changes πΎ
Cases Where Access to the Billing Space is Unavailable π¨
If access to the billing space is unavailable, it may mean that:
Your billing space has not yet been activated and configured by our accounting team π οΈ
The subscription is not automatic or was subscribed to via a quote π
It's a special offer case
