Want to join a conversation you're not part of yet? Kraaft makes it easy — just a few clicks, depending on your role in the workspace! 🚀
🔐 Who can join a conversation?
It depends on your role in the Kraaft workspace:
🔧 Administrator or account owner → you can join any conversation on your own
👤 Standard role or external guest → you need to be added by a member of the conversation
🔧 Join a conversation (admins and account owners)
To see all conversations — including ones you're not a member of — first activate the "All conversations" filter 🔍
Click the funnel icon next to the search bar
Select "Visibility"
Choose "All conversations"
Click "Filter" ✅
Then, two methods are available depending on your interface ⬇️
💻 On the web
Method 1 — From the conversation list 🗂️
Find the conversation you want to join
Click "..." to the right of its name
Select "Join conversation" ✅
Method 2 — From the Info tab ℹ️
Open the conversation
Go to the "Info" tab 📋
Scroll down and click "Join conversation" ✅
📱 On mobile
Method 1 — From the conversation list 🗂️
Long press on the conversation you want to join
In the menu that appears, tap "Join conversation" ✅
Method 2 — From conversation information ℹ️
Open the conversation
Tap "View information" just below the title 📋
Scroll down and tap "Join conversation" ✅
👥 Are you a standard user or external guest?
You can't join a conversation on your own 🔒 Ask a member already in the conversation to add you.
