The Kraaft MCP links your AI assistant to your Kraaft account. Your assistant can then search for information in Kraaft and take actions there 🔗
In practice, you ask Claude or ChatGPT a question about your Kraaft conversations or reports. You can then ask it to act directly in Kraaft ✅
💡 What about Kraafty?
The Kraaft MCP is built on the same foundation as Kraafty, the assistant built into Kraaft. You'll find these features in the Kraafty conversation too, right inside Kraaft 🤩

⚠️ Current limits of the Kraaft MCP — Planning isn't available through the MCP yet. Write actions are limited to reports and their templates.
🔌 Connect Claude to Kraaft on desktop
You connect Kraaft from the Claude desktop app 💻
In the Claude sidebar, click Customize
Open the Connectors tab, click the magnifying glass and search for Kraaft 🔍
Open Kraaft MCP, then click Connect to Claude
A page opens in your browser: click Continue connection
Log in with your Kraaft account
Under Where Claude will work, choose the Kraaft workspaces where you want to use the MCP 🗂️
Click Authorize
Back in Claude, ask your question in a regular chat or open Ask Kraaft 💬
🚦 Understand the 3 statuses of your Kraaft workspaces
On the Where Claude will work screen, a status appears next to each Kraaft workspace. It can differ from one workspace to another 👀
✅ Use: Claude is already authorized in this workspace, you can use it right away
🔓 Approve: Claude isn't authorized in this workspace yet. You're an admin or owner, so you can approve it
🙋 Request: Claude isn't authorized yet and you don't have the rights to enable it (standard or external member). The workspace admin or owner needs to approve your request
If no workspace is selected, the message "Claude won't work in any workspace" appears. Select at least one workspace before clicking Authorize ⚠️
💡 One authorization per Kraaft workspace
Authorization works workspace by workspace. If you work in several Kraaft workspaces, Claude must be authorized in each of them 🗂️
🛡️ Manage authorizations in Kraaft (admin or owner)
Admins and the owner of a Kraaft workspace manage authorized AI assistants from the Authorizations tab. Members can only use the applications approved in their workspace 🔐
Authorize Claude or ChatGPT ✅
On desktop, open your Kraaft workspace Settings 💻
Click the Authorizations tab
Under Trusted applications (verified by Kraaft), turn on the toggle for Claude and/or ChatGPT
A single approval covers all workspace members 👥 Click an application to see the list of members using it.
Revoke an AI assistant's access 🚫
Open your Kraaft workspace Settings, then the Authorizations tab
Turn off the toggle for the application
Members of this workspace can then no longer use this application with Kraaft. You can turn it back on anytime with the same toggle 🔧
🔐 What access does your AI assistant have in Kraaft?
The Kraaft MCP uses the rights of the Kraaft account you connect, for both reading and writing. It only acts in the authorized workspaces this account is a member of 👤
Anything you're not allowed to see or do in Kraaft stays off-limits through the MCP.
