*️⃣ Connect Claude to Kraaft

Do you use Claude every day? Kraaft makes your life easier: connect it to your Kraaft account in a few clicks and ask it about your worksites 😊

✅ Before connecting Claude to Kraaft

  • 💻 You use Claude on desktop (app or claude.ai)

  • 🛡️ Claude must be authorized in your Kraaft workspace by an admin or the owner. Not authorized yet? You can request it during the connection

  • 🔧 Kraaft isn't in Claude's official connector list yet: you add it as a custom connector, as explained below

💡 Claude's free plan

With Claude's free plan, you can only add one custom connector. Paid plans don't have this limit.

🔌 Connect Claude to Kraaft (Free, Pro and Max plans)

  1. In Claude's sidebar, click Customize, then open Connectors

  2. Click + Add, then Add custom connector

  3. Name it Kraaft

  4. Paste the address https://mcp.kraaft.co/mcp, then click Continue

  5. Keep the default connection settings and click Continue, then Add

  6. A Kraaft page opens in your browser: log in with your Kraaft account 👤

  7. Under Where Claude will work, choose your Kraaft workspaces, then click Authorize 🗂️

  8. Back in Claude, click + at the bottom left of a chat, then Connectors, and turn on Kraaft 💬

🏢 Connect Claude to Kraaft (Team and Enterprise plans)

On Claude's business plans, the owner of your Claude organization adds the Kraaft connector for everyone 👥

For the Claude organization owner

  1. Open Organization settings, then Connectors

  2. Click Add, hover over Custom and choose Web

  3. Name it Kraaft, paste the address https://mcp.kraaft.co/mcp and click Continue

  4. Keep the suggested settings, click Continue, then Add

For each member

  1. Click Customize, then open Connectors

  2. Find Kraaft in the list and click Connect

  3. Log in with your Kraaft account, choose your workspaces, then click Authorize ✅

💡 Your first question to Claude

  • 💬 "Summarize what happened on the Rue du Bac worksite last week."

  • 📋 "Which incident reports were created this month on my worksites?"

  • 🏗️ "Here is the project's quality plan: create the matching quality control report templates."
