Do you want to customize your report exports? Great news! There are many tags that automatically pull information from your reports, like the report title or the location of a conversation. Once you insert these tags into your export template, you just need to fill out your reports in Kraaft and export them in Word, Excel, or PDF ✨

This allows you to automatically generate customized reports by selecting the info you want to include in the export and displaying only what’s relevant to you. A real time-saver! ⏱️

1️⃣ Global Tags

General tags allow you to retrieve fixed and automatic information related to the report, like the project name or the report creation date. Simple and effective! 🎯

2️⃣ Customizable Field Tags

You’ll find all other tags in the report creation and modification space, directly on your computer. These tags automatically adapt to your field titles, so you don’t need to do anything special—it’s all automatic! 😎

Detailed display with the $ sign:

You can use the $ sign after a tag name to choose how to display certain information or select a specific detail for certain fields, super handy! For example, for a photo, you can choose to display it without the date or only with the location 📍

Example with the $no_details## tag, applicable to photo fields: if you add the precision $no_details## to the ##photo tag, it will display a photo without any details (no date or location). Cool, right? This allows you to choose exactly what you want to display for each field! 🛠️

You just need to use ##FIELDNAME + $ + specify the display you want, such as no_details## = which equals ##FIELDNAME$no_details## in our example with the photo!

You can also retrieve the geolocation of a location field in different formats 🗺️

For photos? 📷 You have several display options with or without details, depending on what you want to see in your report!

📹 Focus on videos

Videos added in a media field export too! The output depends on the format:

On Excel: the video is clickable directly in the file to play it ▶️
On Word: a still image (thumbnail) is shown, with a link right below to start playback 🔗
Videos are geolocatable and accept the same $ tags as photos ($large, $no_details, $gps…) 📍

For signatures, you can see the big picture with the large option 📜
