At Kraaft, we know that managing your project should be simple and fast. That’s why completing the information for a project is done directly through conversations 💬


In this article, we’ll show you how to complete this information by creating a conversation and how to easily adjust it when needed. Let’s get started! 💪


1. Create and complete the information for a new conversation

When you create a new conversation, you can fill in plenty of useful info for your project in just a few clicks:

  • Title: A clear title for your project, like “Project in Paris” or “Renovation of the Red House” 🔴

  • Location: Use the map to position your project 📍 or enter an address manually, and boom, it’s located!

  • Responsible: By default, it’s you 😎, but you can change this if needed

  • Description: Add useful info for everyone, like access codes or special instructions for your project 🔑

  • Categories: Choose the relevant category, like “GRDF Gas” or another type of work

  • Status: Choose the project’s status, such as “In Progress”, “Ongoing”, or “Completed - Pending Invoice” 🔄

  • Tasks and Reports: Automatically add tasks or reports related to the project to avoid forgetting anything 📝

It’s quick, and it helps you organize your project from the get-go! 🎯


2. Modify the information for an existing conversation

No worries, if you want to modify info later, that’s possible too! Here’s how:

💻 On the Web

  1. Go to the Info tab on the right

  2. Edit what you want: title, description, responsible person, location... with just one click ✏️

📲 On Mobile

  1. Select the conversation 📱

  2. Tap on the title at the top to access the info and modify it. It’s that simple! ✅

🔒 Quick reminder: To modify certain info, you’ll need to be an admin or have the necessary permissions as a standard or external guest 😉

Personalize the fields for a conversation

If you want even more flexibility, you can personalize the fields of your conversations! 🎨 This is possible from your computer:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️

  2. Select Conversations

  3. There, you can add new fields, like the date you received the quote or any other info you need 📝
