With Kraaft, you can generate a report from a form with just one click 📲, directly linked to a construction site through a conversation, centralizing all important information. Here's how it works:
Select a conversation linked to your construction site 📋
Create and fill out reports (Tasks or Issues) with the necessary information ✍️
Once the report is complete, you can export it as a PDF and share it 🎯

🗃️ Exporting and downloading reports
Once your report is filled out, you can export it as a PDF to share it. Here are the steps:
Select the "Download" or "Share" option
At the bottom of the report, two options will appear depending on your connection device:Download the report on the web 💻
Share the report from your mobile 📱
Choose the export model
If multiple export models are available, you will be prompted to choose your preferred one.
If only one model is offered, the export will be done automatically!
Export in PDF or Word format
The exported report will automatically include the report information, such as:
Project name,
Date of the issue and its nature,
Location of photos and the photos themselves 🖼️, etc...
📌 Note :
By default, Kraaft offers you a Word export model, with a basic layout in the form of a table 📊, but you can Customize the report model 🎨 !
✅ Download all my reports at once
Have several reports to download? No worries! With Kraaft, you can download all your reports at once in no time 🔥. Here's how to do it step by step:
Open the Folder tab of the conversation
In the Reports section, select the report you want to download
Click on the three small dots in the top left (yep, right there!)
Select the Download in bulk option to retrieve all the reports you want
Choose the desired download model (default or customized)
Enter your email address to receive a download link once everything is ready 📧
And that's it! No need to download them one by one 😎. It's that simple!
