Kraaft makes your life easier by allowing you to fill out your reports quickly and easily, whether from your mobile app or the web version. 😎

Create a Report from the Mobile App 📱

Want to complete a report easily? It's super easy with Kraaft from a conversation:

  • 💬 From the conversation:

    1. Open the conversation where you want to add a report

    2. Next to the text input field, click on the "Document" icon with a "+"

    3. Fill in your report however you want, and don't forget, you can even fill in your report by voice 🎤

    4. To add a final touch, you can sign your report directly from the app! ✍️

  • 🗂️ From the folder tab:

    1. Open the conversation and go to the "Folder" tab

    2. Select "Report" and choose the one you want to fill out

    3. Fill out your report like a pro; it will save automatically so you can share it easily!

Create a Report on the Web 💻

On Kraaft, everything is simple, even on the web version 💻! Here's how to create your report directly from your browser:

  1. Go to the "Folder" tab 🗂️ on the far right of the screen in the web version

  2. Scroll down to the "Reports" section and select the type of report you want to fill out 📝

  3. Fill in your report online. And if you want to export it? It's possible via the "Download" or "Share my report" option! 📤

Report Fields, Display Conditions, and Export 📑📤

Kraaft reports are highly customizable to fit all your needs thanks to the various report fields! 🔥

  • Types of fields:

    • Text: Write your comments or observations 📝

    • Number: Enter numeric data for measurements or other values 🔢

    • Geolocation: Add the exact location using geolocation 📍

    • Documents: Attach photos, videos, or files to document your report 📸

    • etc...

  • Display conditions:
    You can set up conditions to display certain fields only if a specific response is given. This makes each report ultra-personalized and dynamic! 😎

  • Export:
    Once your report is complete, you can export your report as a PDF or in other formats. And if you want to share the report with your team, it's all possible with just a few clicks! 😎
