Is this your first time on Kraaft and you want to create your account and your own team? Here is the process to follow to start this adventure!
π± First time logging into Kraaft from my phone or tablet:
Download the Kraaft app on the Google Playstore (Android) or on the Apple Store (iOS) π²
Click on Start and follow the instructions β¨
Enter your work telephone number and click "Next" π’
You will receive a code via text message (valid only once) that you will enter into the app π© Sometimes Kraaft automatically detects the code and you don't have to do anything! π
Fill in the requested information for your first login and hey presto, you now have your own Kraaft account. Welcome aboard! π
Psst: you also have the option to log in via email if necessary π

Visit the website kraaft.co π
Click on Login
Log in with your work phone number or via email (if you choose email, you will need to create a password when you log in for the first time) π
Follow the steps to create your account and start exploring Kraaft! π
Once you're logged in, welcome to Kraaft π€©! You can now create your first project on Kraaft and start new adventures π¬

If you need to log back into Kraaft, use the same login details you used when you first logged in (email or phone number) ππ§

π Connection options:
To log in to Kraaft, go to the Kraaft app or to app.kraaft.co to get to the login page
If you have already logged in, Kraaft will show you the last username you entered
Next, choose the type of login that suits you β Remember to choose logins that are already linked to your existing account!
Enter your phone number and you will receive a text message with a code to enter on Kraaft π²
Enter your email address and password (created when you first logged in) π
And access all your projects from your phone or computer! π
π Logging out:
Want to log out? It's as easy as pie:
On your phone: Go to the Menu at the bottom right and select the small arrow at the top β¬οΈ
On a computer: Go to the menu on the left, then select Log Out

π€ Why am I being asked for an SSO connection?
π€ Why am I being asked for an SSO connection?
If an SSO connection is requested, it means that your team has enabled this security feature:
If you are an external user: This means that you cannot connect directly to the team: an administrator must contact support to add you.
If you are an intern: The SSO login will ask you to log in using your work email address and follow the secure authentication process.
Don't know your SSO credentials or they're not working? Don't panic, contact support and we can sort it out together! π₯

Here are some simple ways to check and change your login details:
On one of your connected devices, check your account details in Menu > My Profile: you will see your information and can edit it if necessary βοΈ
Ask a member of staff or administrator from your Kraaft team to assist you:
They can check your details saved in Settings and then the Members tab.
Otherwise, they can contact support so we can help you make the changes: you'll be back in no time!
π If you cannot find your login details, your account may have been deactivated or deleted. Contact support to find out for sure π

No worries, we've got the solution!
Go back and try to log in again: Click on the small arrow at the top to return to the login page and log in again π
Delete browsing data: If the problem persists, try deleting your cookies and browsing data from your browser.
Use private browsing: Try connecting via a private browsing window (available on most browsers) π

My phone number or email address is marked as already in use: you are probably in the account creation process instead of on the login page β click on the small arrow to log out and try logging in again π
I am not receiving the login text message:

Try logging in with your email address if you do not receive the text message
If it still does not work, please contact support to discuss the issue with us
I do not know my password or I do not have one:
When you log in, you will see the Reset your password option, which allows you to receive a link by email to set a new password. Make sure you have access to your email account! π¬
